Connect to your breath and free your body with rock yoga. In this beginner’s flow class, we focus on breath, movement, and alignment. Build a strong, safe, comfortable yoga foundation to rock music.

Rock music helps take yoga to a new level as we amp up the music a bit to help build that solid yoga foundation.  This is great for the beginner while giving our intermediate yoga guests that change of pace needed to help them achieve that sense of tranquility.
